A power outage drills at the Data Center completed successfully

Under the direction and follow-up of the Dean of Information Technology and E-Learning, Prof. Khalid Al-Mudhaibiry, a power outage drills at the data center in preparation for Eid Al-Adha holiday. The aim of this drills is to test the effectiveness of batteries and generators to ensure electricity power is not cut off. 

The drills were carefully carried out to ensure the safety of devices and equipment in accordance with the highest standards of security and safety procedures. The stages of the drills included several basic steps, including: notifications of power outages are send to authorized people, implementing fault reporting procedures, verifying the operation of electronic devices, and writing technical reports.
