Technical Affairs Administration

Organizational connection: The administration is connected to the Vice Dean for Information Technology and E-Learning.

General goals: Supervise the workflow in the units under the Technical Affairs Administration and set executive plans to improve the level of performance of its departments.

The administration has three departments:

First: Operating Systems Department.

Second: Networks Department.

Third:  Audio and Video Conference Department.

Fourth: Data center Department

Major Tasks:

 

1. Organize work in departments connected to the administration.
2. Supervise the implementation of infrastructure projects and undertake the necessary measures to operate and maintain them.
3. Coordinate with the companies that are running the information technology projects for each unit
4. Follow up on the performance of heads of unit and submit reports to the vice-dean on the quality of performance and achievement.
5. List the needs of the departments for staff and equipment and report them to the Vice Dean.
