Department of Technical Support for Electronic Systems

Organizational connection: This department is connected to the Vice-Dean's Office for Systems and Electronic Services.

General goal: This department is responsible for dealing with problems related to digital systems and services as well as reporting them to the relevant departments and following them until they are resolved. 



1. Receive technical problems of systems.
2. Address problems directly.
3. Forward the technical problem to the relevant department.
4. Handle the complaints of beneficiaries. 
5. Prepare a monthly report about the complaints. 
6. Update beneficiary data.
