Department of Audio and Video Conference

This department is responsible for providing state-of-the-art means of audio and video broadcasting communication as well as electronic fax.

The department is very keen to connect all university departments as well as improve the means of communication using video conferencing devices.

Major tasks of the Audio and Video Conference Department:

1. Follow-up beneficiaries' requests. 

2. Deal with requests for telephone and electronic fax.

3. Deal with requests for video conference to broadcast events
