The Dean of Student Affairs participates in the Deans of Student Affairs Committee for Saudi Universities

The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Saleh Al-Rashidi participated at the regular meeting of the Deans of Student Affairs Committee for Saudi Universities, which was held at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, Al-Kharj.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Rashidi shared the university's initiative “Istisharah” or else consultation which allows to give students consultations in several fields by faculty members and health personnel at the university. The aim of the initiative is help students to level up their competence in scientific and practical life. 

Istisharah 'Consultation' is launched by the Deanship of Student Affairs in a friendly way to be accessible by all students in various governorates. The service can be in-person or online. The services went through 3 stages:

Stage One includes consultations of learning skills, psychological and social, university life skills, health and physical.

Stage Two includes consultations of learning skills, psychological and social, university life skills, health and physical, academic and research writing in the Arabic language, academic and research writing in English, financial and economic management consultations, time management, 

Stage Three includes consultation of learning skills, psychological and social, university life skills consultations, health and physical, academic and research writing in Arabic - academic and research writing in English, Financial and economic management time management, use of electronic technologies and sustainability technologies.
