The Department of Emergency Medicine is one of the very important majors. This major features providing emergency medical aid for critical cases whose life or any of their organs are at risk. The department of emergency department is the first entry point at any hospital and cases are sorted according to medical priority.

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (DOG) is one of the clinical departments of the College of Medicine. Founded since the establishment of the College, the department includes two faculty members who undertake teaching tasks for college students and provide medical care at King Khalid Hospital in Majmaah.
Future Vision:
The department’s faculty work to serve many aspects related to the educational process and medical services.
Aspect one:
Recruitment (recruit highly qualified faculty and offering scholarships to teaching assistants.
The Department of Internal Medicine is one of the most important departments of the College of Medicine and one of its fundamentals. The department offers different majors such as cardiology, respiratory diseases, rheumatism, brain and neurology, and other internal majors.
تأسس قسم التخدير مع إنشاء كلية الطب بجامعة المجمعة بتاريخ 13/6/1430 هـ، وذلك إيماناً بأهمية ودور طب التخدير في المسيرة التعليمية لطلبة كلية الطب.
The Department of Anesthesiology (DA) was founded with the establishment of the College of Medicine at Majmaah University in 13/6/1430 AH.
Vision:
To become a distinct model in providing medical education, research, clinical skills and community participation via teaching and training students of the College of Medicine both in theory and practice in the field of anesthesia.
