Community Service Unit

The role of Community Service Unit (CSU) is an extension to the wide-range of services provided by Majmaa University in the fields of education and development. The CSU is concerned with planning, organization and implementation to achieve the goals set by the College of Education in Majmaah to serve the local community. It also strives to develop the work system at the College by forming a partnership between the staff and the different community sectors to provide high quality of community services.

Department of Admission :

The Department of Admission is one of the most important department at the Dean’s Office for Admission and Registration of any university. Through this department, all e-services are provided to students to make the process of applying and joining the university easier.
Admission at Majmaah University is based on both, standards and operational rules that are endorsed by the university council and the study and exam regulation of the Ministry of Education.

Department of Quality and Academic Accreditation:

Due to its assumed role to provide the best kind of services to beneficiaries and in line with the university policy that adopts quality in a comprehensive sense, the Dean’s Office for Admission and Registration strives to apply quality based on the accredited standards at the university. As a result, an order was issued by the Dean of Admission and Registration to establish the Department of Quality and Academic Accreditation.

Department of Student Support and Alumni

Overview:
The Department of Student Support and Alumni is one of many departments within the Vice-Rector’s Office for Educational Affairs and is affiliated with planning, coordinating and following-up the services provided by all departments at the university to students at the colleges. The department is also concerned with the affairs and needs of alumni.

To have students who are professionally and educationally excellent and to form effective partnership with alumni

Department of Study Programs and Development

About the Department:
The Department is affiliated with preparing, accrediting and developing study plans and programs to ensure the improvement of their quality and outcomes to meet the labor market needs. It also concerned of developing the educational affairs at the Vice-Rector’s Office, colleges and dean’s offices to improve the efficiency of work and make it more flexible.
