• Receive and review the outstanding projects

• Forward the outstanding projects to expertise in the field

• Supervise the process of carrying out the project

• List all achievements and market them in local and worldwide events

• Coordinate with related authority to carry out the project

• Submit a summary to the Rector about the imitative along with a proposed budget and the company that will carry it out

• Submit periodic evaluation reports about the initiative

- التنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لإنجاز المبادرة. الرفع لمعالي مدير الجامعة ملخص عن المبادرة النوعية والميزانية المقترحة وجهة تنفيذها.

- رفع تقارير دورية عن المبادرات وتقييمها.
