امثله على الملاحظات الشكلية التي تم رصدها من قبل فريق المراجعة بالأمانة:
1- عدم استخدام النموذج الصحيح (CNPSTI Form RE-D2) في التقديم.
2- عدم ارفاق السيرة للباحثين او للمستشار في البحث.
3- كتابة السيرة الذاتية باللغة العربية او استخدام اللغة العربية في غير المكان الموضح به امكانية استخدام اللغة العربية (ملخص باللغة العربية مثالا ) .
4- عد ارفاق خطاب موافقة من المستشار للاشتراك في البحث.
5- عدم ذكر دور المستشار في المشروع.

The work to be done:
Signing a number of contracts in educational services between Mjma’a University and other international educational institutes that have world rankings. This will serve the educational process in the university, and its developmental outcomes will reflect on the local community.
Reaching several twinning agreements between the university and international universities.
·العمل على استقطاب المتميزين من خريجي البرنامج في التخصصات العلمية التي تحتاجها الجامعة .
·تعزيز المكانة العلمية والعالمية للجامعة ، والتعريف بأدوارها ونشاطاتها الاكاديمية والعلمية والبحثية.
·تنويع الخلفيات العلمية لمنسوبي ومنسوبات الجامعة من خلال استقطاب الخريجين من دول مختلفة.
·تحقيق الاستغلال الأمثل والأكفأ للموارد البشرية في برنامج خادم الحرمين الشريفين للابتعاث الخارجي.
·ربط الجامعة بالمراكز والجامعات العلمية المتقدمة في التصنيف العالمي من خلال المبتعثين المستقطبين لهذه المراكز والجامعات.
Examples of formalism comments that have been monitored by the auditing team of the Secretariat:
1-No using of the correct form )CNPSTI Form RE-D2( in the introduction.
2 - No attaching of the Curriculum Vitae (CV) for researchers or consultant in the research.
3 - Writing the CV in Arabic or using the Arabic language in the place that is noted not to use Arabic language if possible (For examples summary in Arabic language).
