أُنشئت الإدارة العامة للمرافق بقرار من سعادة رئيس الجامعة لتكون من الأعمدة للوصول نحو طموحات توافق رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ ، ولتحقيق أهدافها ، ولتذليل العقبات والصعوبات لمنسوبي الجامعة ، وتقديم الخدمات ، وتسهيلها على المستفيدين ، ومن خلال هذه البوابة سيجد المستفيد كافة الخدمات التي تتعلق بأعمال المرافق ، والرد على استفساراته ، وخدمته بالشكل المطلوب .
