Technical Support Administration 

Organizational connection: Administratively connected to the Vice-Dean for Information Technology and E-Learning.

General goal: Provide excellent technical support services for all university employees (faculty members - employees - students).

The Technical Support Administration also supervises the progress of work in the units and sets executive plans to improve the quality of performance. 

The Administration has three departments:

First: Technical Support Department, Main Center.

Second: Technical Support Department in Ghat and Zulfi.

Organizational connection:

It is administratively and organizationally connected to the Vice-Dean's Office for Information Technology.

 

 

Mission:

To provide prompt services that are accurate and express to achieve beneficiaries’ transactions, follow up on their requests, and maintain development of the quality of work as well as measure beneficiaries’ satisfaction after having their their problems resolved.

الارتباط التنظيمي: يرتبط إدارياً وتنظيمياً بإدارة النظم والخدمات الإلكترونية.

الهدف العام: دعم الأنظمة التقنية بستقبال ومعالجة المشكلات المتعلقة بالأنظمة والخدمات الرقمية بحسب الصلاحيات المتاحة للقسم او تحويلها للأقسام المختصة لمعالجتها حسب اختصاصها ومتابعها حتى انتهائها والرد على المستفيد

المهام:

Department of Technical Support for Electronic Systems

Organizational connection: This department is connected to the Vice-Dean's Office for Systems and Electronic Services.

General goal: This department is responsible for dealing with problems related to digital systems and services as well as reporting them to the relevant departments and following them until they are resolved. 

Tasks:

 

1. Receive technical problems of systems.

2. Address problems directly.

3. Forward the technical problem to the relevant department.

4. Handle the complaints of beneficiaries.

2. Address problems directly.

3. Forward technical problems to the relevant department

4. Handle beneficiaries' complaints 

5. Prepare a monthly report about the problems settled by the department.

6. Update beneficiaries' data.
