Organizational connection: This department is connected to the Vice-Dean's Office for Systems and Electronic Services.

General goal: This department is responsible for dealing with problems related to digital systems and services as well as reporting them to the relevant departments and following them until they are resolved. 

Tasks:

1. Receive technical problems of systems.

2. Address problems directly.

3. Forward the technical problem to the relevant department.

4. Handle the complaints of beneficiaries.

الهدف العام: دعم الأنظمة التقنية بستقبال ومعالجة المشكلات المتعلقة بالأنظمة والخدمات الرقمية بحسب الصلاحيات المتاحة للقسم او تحويلها للأقسام المختصة لمعالجتها حسب اختصاصها ومتابعها حتى انتهائها والرد على المستفيد.

المهام:

The general goal: to support technical systems and handle problems related to systems and digital services.

Tasks:

1. Receive technical problems of systems.

2. Address problems directly.

3. Forward technical problems to the relevant department

4. Handle beneficiaries' complaints 

5. Prepare a monthly report about the problems settled by the department.

6. Update beneficiaries' data.

الارتباط التنظيمي: يرتبط إدارياً وتنظيمياً بإدارة النظم والخدمات الإلكترونية.

الهدف العام: وضع المعايير والأساليب التي تضمن تشكيل الأنظمة بأحدث التقنيات وجعلها مناسبة للمستخدم بدون الإخلال بوظائفها مع وصفها للمبرمج بلغة مناسبة. وتصميم الواجهات لمختلف الأنظمة.
