The Sustainable Development Club at the university organized an in-person workshop titled: “The Psychological Dimension in the University Student's Journey.” The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of mental health in students' lives.
It addressed common psychological challenges students may face during their studies and offered healthy, effective ways to deal with them. The session included strategies for balancing academic and personal life, with a focus on stress and pressure management.
This workshop supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and received positive engagement from attendees, reflecting the club’s commitment to promoting student mental health as part of their overall well-being.
The workshop is part of the Deanship of Student Affairs’ efforts to support activities that enhance students' mental wellness and contribute to creating a balanced learning environment aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
