Facilities Services Management responsibilities:
- Follow up and supervise the university’s facilities, including buildings, classrooms, playgrounds, gardens, green spaces, roads, sidewalks, and parking lots.
- Supervise the classrooms and offices
- Follow up the facilities of colleges and departments
- Inspect periodically the buildings by the facilities team.
- Create a database for each building that includes the details of the building in terms of area, number of classrooms, capacity, and so on.
- Carry out any other work or tasks assigned to the administration.
