Dr. Tawfeeq Abdullah R. Alkanhal is the honorable Vice Dean of College of Engineering, Majmaah University. He earned his Doctorate from Brunel University, U.K specializing in Intelligent Systems Engineering and prior to this, he acquired his Masters from Sheffield University, U.K with Control Systems as specialization.
Dr. Tawfeeq joined the Majmaah University in October of 2010 in the capacity of Assistant Professor and Head of Computer Engineering and Networks Department. After being elected as Vice Dean, College of Engineering in October of 2011, he is still serving in the previous position.The Research Centre of Engineering and Applied Sciences, is also being managed by him.
Dr. Tawfeeq also has to his credit good deal of industrial experience that he acquired before joining the Majmaah University Family. His everlasting interest to serve in the field of higher education motivated him to join Majmaah University. He is actively involved in research in the field of Intelligent Systems Engineering with various research publications in reputed international research journals. |
