CONCRETE AND STRUCTURE LAB

This lab. plays a major role in serving the academic programs and research for both the academic staff and students of civil Engineering Department. It is also used for applying experimental tests for the construction materials for several interested administrations from both the governmental and private sectors

The role of this lab. can be summarized in achieving practical experiments accompanied with theoretical courses such as: (Structures, Properties and strength of materials, reinforced concrete desi and practical works in graduation projects of undergraduate students) beside achieving experiments related to academic staff researches and some other special experiments related to community service studies.

- 150 mm cast rigid plastic concrete cube mold

- Concrete Mixer, 56/40 litre capacity, 220v

- 3000 KN compression machine with digital readout and self-centering
