The Deanship of Information Technology is considered one of the most important communication channels between the university and community facilities. By creativity led by a pioneering ambition, the deanship exceeded the traditional limits in its achievements. This encourages us to achieve the highest levels of data security through electronic communication across the different channels of modern technology. And by pioneering aspirations and limitless support from the Rector personally, we hope to reach to the level of global universities by providing the best and the highest levels of technology service; as far as there are distinguished national cadres are working hard to develop such field.

The University Electronic portal is working under the management of the Information Technology Deanship as supporter for the basic link between the university and the public. The deanship is seeking to make the portal a model in the style of service delivery and presentation. On the basis of this leading role, the Deanship bears upon itself the task of providing services and adequate information through the portal to all university affiliates and visitors.

The Deanship seeks also to follow up and keep pace with modern technological developments that contribute in improving the work mechanism, completion of tasks, simplify the procedures and the transition towards electronic work environment in accordance to the guidance of the country wise leadership regarding transition to apply the concept of e-government.

In light of the enormous and rapid development in the technology field for all sectors of society and the higher education sector in particular, the Deanship of Information Technology is seeking to adopt the latest technologies and the development and implementation of the distinguished projects for investment in the field of education.

The Deanship will spare no effort in the establishment of houses of experience in information technology to invest in anything that contributes to promote and develop the university through enhancing the technology environment by the management, technical, academic and educational systems. The Deanship led the way to enhance networking and voice and video communication between all the university facilities to provide its services in optimized manner. The goal of investing all useful modern technologies was put among all priorities of the deanship while leading the wheel of technology development for this pulsing heart within the walls of this young university hoping success from Almighty God.
