The Department of Comprehensive Quality (DCQ) at the IT Deanship is associated with supporting and facilitating procedures; help other departments to provide efficient and high quality services to beneficiaries; manage administrative works; and supervise quality in coordination with the Deanship of Quality. It is also responsible of achieving quality requirements and applying the standards of The National CIT Plan (Tahawwal). Responsibilities of Quality Manager: 1. Achieve the deanship goals 2. Maintain communication with other departments and quality 3. Coordinate with the quality department to achieve the university goals Goals: 1. Create an organizational structure for the deanship and includes: - Organizational structure - Procedures and policies - Vision - Mission - Responsibilities - Job description - Delegation system - Develop the skills of the deanship staff - Document the deanship activities - Serve the community
