Quality & Development Unit

The Quality & Development Unit is responsible of improving the quality of services and activities to the highest possible standards. The unit’s responsibilities include:

- Promote the culture of quality and supervise the implementation of its programs

- Prepare self-report of units

- Collect data via using self-assessment tools.

- Analyze data

-Determine strength points of units

- Propose developmental plans and programs of units

- Set and implement developmental policies and plans of units

- Determine training needs and problems and how to solve them

- Supervise the process of setting developmental plans for students and faculty

- Set suitable plans for quality criteria on regular basis

- Provide proposals to working teams assigned with implementing quality

- Prepare regular reports of beneficiaries’ satisfaction of the activities.

- Evaluate the units’ performance

- Undertake any task assigned to the unit

- Form working teams to execute projects proposed by the units

- Encourage staff at units to offer their suggestions regarding project development

- Exchange experience with academic quality commissions locally and internationally

- Provide consultations in quality field

- Improve workflow at units to achieve goals and strategic plans

- Obtain program academic accreditation according to the NCAAA.
