Fuzzy Sets and Some Applications Within the series of the cultural week events held by Mathematics Department, Dr. Muhammad M. Khalaf from the College of Sciences at Majma’ah University presented a seminar titled “Fuzzy Sets and Some Applications” on 19/7/1438 H (class No 53). The seminar aimed to explain the meaning of fuzzy set, identify the differences between normal and fuzzy sets, and study its most up-to-date applications used in our real life. Dr. Muhammad begun the lecture by giving a brief introduction about fuzzy set and mentioning some of the features that lack the accurate identification (e.g good vs bad). Moreover, he stated the stages of fuzzy set development in which those features can be recognized using all possible links of logic.
