" How to pass an Interview Successfully" Workshop

The Student Support Unit at the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Graduate Unit at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering organized an awareness workshop for the students of the College entitled "Resume Writing and Strategies of passing an Interview Successfully" on Monday 7/8/1439 in the Engineering Club Hall at the College of Engineering.
A number of faculty members at the academic departments of the college and a large number of college students and alumni from different academic departments attended the workshop.
Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs Dr. Saleh bin Ahmed Al-Dahsh began the workshop by welcoming the attendees. Then Dr. Ali Saeed Al-Ghamdi, Head of Student Support Unit at the Department of Electrical Engineering- spoke about how to write an excellent CV and how to avoid the most common mistakes. He also talked about the way of presenting oneself professionally in order to impress a prospective employer.
Dr. Sameh Saad Al-Din, Supervisor of Alumni Committee at the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department- talked about the College interest in developing the skills and personalities of students.
At the end of the workshop, students’ queries were answered.
