College of Engineering wins first place at Student Third Forum

After the successful achievement streak of College of Engineering in academic, cultural and community fields, the college won different prizes in the Student Third Forum which was held under the patronage of the rector, Dr. Al-Muqren and the supervision of the vice-rector for educational affairs and the dean of student affairs.

The forum - held for third year in a row – featured seven major fields: research, community service, oration, public speaking, drawing, photograph, documentary film and caricature.  

The aim of the forum is to motivate students to experience local conferences and represent the university in international forums and conferences. Part of the forum’s goals is to create a sense of competition among students and guide them on the right way of writing research.  

The college’s students won first places in all fields of the forum; the first four places in research; the first place in drawing and the third place in community service.
