Within the framework of providing the best services to the university students, Deanship of student affairs announced about the dates for which students can visit the Dean and his vices in their offices and they listen to their suggestions and remarks during weekdays as follows: On Thursday, the Dean receives students from 8-10 am; on Tuesday, the vice Dean for Quality and Development receives students from 10 am to 12pm; on Sunday, the vice Dean for student activities receives students from 8 am to 10 am, in addition to receiving students or their calls anytime. The Deanship also announced the public land lines numbers and other private whatsapp numbers as well as Twitter accounts through which communication can be conducted with the Deanship in order to report any problem a student encounters. This was declared by Dean of Student Affairs who added that this procedure springs out of the Deanship duties and the University Rector’s directives as well as the University vice President for Educational Affairs to provide everything students need to facilitate their academic life.
