Since Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by administration of scouting and sporting activities, strongly believes in the importance of sport for everybody, Deanship organized football tournament for university staff including all faculties, deanships and universities administrations. All the administrations have been addressed to take part in this tournament, and most of them replied, so the number of participating faculties, deanships and administrations in this tournament reached (21) teams. On Saturday 18/5/1434, they drew lots of the tournament in honor of his Excellency Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi and in the presence of Deanship vice Dean Mr. Khaled Alofeisan, the supervisor of sporting and scouting activities Mr. Naser Alhanou, and members of Administration of Scouting and Sporting Activities and all coordinators of participatory teams. Dean of Studenet Affairs Dr. Hamad Alghemeizi began the meeting with a welcoming speech where he welcomed and offered thanks to everyone for participating in this tournament. He also expressed his impression with this competitive soul in all temas. Then, he started drawing lots that resulted in the schedule of tournament matches starting on Monday 20/5/1434 and up to Saturday 3/6/1434. All the tournament matches will be held in the playground of his Highness Prince Salman Abdulaziz' Sporting City in Almajmaah. The matches will be refereed by Saudi Football Federal. This was mentioned by the supervisor of scouting and sporting activities Mr. Alhanou who extended his tanks and thanks of Administration of Sporting Activities and all participating teams to his Excellency Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi for his constant support and continuous follow-up for sporting activities in order to reach the local and international forums. After drawing lots, Dr. Alghemeizi clarified that such activities that Deanship execute are based on directions from his Highness the University Rector Dr. Khaled Sa'ad Almuqrin. These activities stress comprehensiveness and uniqueness of the programs presented by Deanship of Student Affairs.
