As hi Highness the University Rector is always keen to confer honor upon who participates in the university activites, he conferred honor upon the players of the academic year 1433/1434 where his Highness received the teams representatives in his office. The players offered their thanks and appreciation to his Highness for his constant care and support for the sporting activities. His Excellency Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi took the lead of the teams players to the office and extended thanks for this hearty welcome to the university teams players. His Highness expressed his happiness and satisfaction with what the university teams have achieved for this academic year of participation and availability in the competitions of Sporting Federal for Saudi Universities and what the university tennis team has achieved as it got the eighth place among university universities.
His Highness offered thanks to the government of the Custodian of the Tow holy Mosques for constant support and to Minister of Higher Education for supporting the university. He also extended thanks and appreciation to teamwork of the university team of administrators, coaches, players for these accomplishments they have achieved. His Highness commented that the university has many achievements although it is not old compared to other universities. These are all blessings from Allah first, then because of the support from the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosque, his Excellency Minister of Higher Education and efforts and dedication of the university staff and students.
After that, university basketball player Ahmad Almadhoun spoke about himself and on behalf of other players on the accomplishments that have been achieved extending his and his colleagues' thanks to his Highness the University Rector for providing everything helps to participate and excel. The reception was attended by his Excellency the university vice President for Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Mohammad alshayea, his Excellency the Deanship vice Dean for studet activities Mr. Khaled Alofeisan, his Excellency the Deanship of Student Affairs administration manager Mr. Khaled Aloteibi, his Excellency the supervisor of sporting and scouting activities Mr. Naser Alhanou and the members of Scouting and Sporting Activities Administration Mr. Abdulazia Alkhalaf and Mr. Abdullah Almuteiri, and the players Nashi Almashqour, Ibrahim Almuhanna, Saad Alrabee'a, Ahmad Alrasheedi, Zein Aloteibi, Abdulaziz Alghuneim, Sultan Almegbel and Jibreel Eisawi.
