Communicating and coordinating with the relevant departments at the university.
Strengthening and maintaining strong connections between the college and its graduates.
Following up on the professional and personal progress of alumni.
Establishing a database of college graduates and related employment sectors.
Assisting graduates in completing their graduation procedures.
Publishing periodic newsletters and maintaining an information bank containing alumni names, contact information, workplaces, and professional activities.
Keeping in touch with alumni through various communication channels to strengthen their bond with the college.
Coordinating with companies, institutions, and ministries to help employ as many graduates as possible.
Conducting surveys to assess the number of graduates, employment rates, and unemployment rates, and sharing findings with stakeholders to support decision-making.
Maintaining contact between graduates and the university and among alumni themselves to foster research collaboration.
Organizing orientation events with invited representatives from beneficiary sectors.
Inviting distinguished alumni who have assumed leadership roles to contribute to the college’s development plans.
Enhancing alumni’s knowledge, technical, and administrative skills to improve job opportunities.
Collecting feedback from graduates about developments in their fields to support continuous improvement of educational programs.
