Mission
To qualify students to be innovative and outstanding professionals in chemistry and its applications to compete in the market, meet the development needs, and able to contribute to the advancement of scientific research and community service.

Objectives

• Qualify graduates and future leaders in chemistry and its applications by learning the knowledge and skills required to meet national development plans and labor market needs, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

• Develop students’ capacities for intellectual creativity and innovation in chemistry and related fields through the use of modern technologies and advanced learning methods.

• Strengthen and support scientific research by enhancing cooperation and communication channels between academic institutions and the public and private sectors, particularly research-supporting and funding entities.

• Contribute to the spread of scientific culture and provide specialized consultancy services in chemistry to public and private institutions.

Learning Outcomes
Graduates of the Chemistry Program will be able to:

• Identify core concepts, principles, and theories related to chemistry.

• Describe fundamental concepts and laws in chemistry and related scientific disciplines.

• Apply laboratory safety principles when handling equipment, instruments, and chemicals.
