Department of Human Resources and Follow-up

Tasks:

  1. Supervise the deanship staff and assign them tasks based on the directive of the dean
  2. Create a file for every employee (e.g. faculty members, staff, technician, workers, users) which includes all information and papers related to the employee’s CV.
  3. Follow-up attendance sheets daily and communicate with the Follow-up Administration
  4. Prepare the ‘report to work’ documents
  5. Prepare job performance evaluation of employees and submit them to the dean for further actions
  6. Prepare a report at the end of each term about work progress and any obstacles faced as well as suggestions for improvement
