Department of Mathematics Visit College of Engineering

Within the framework of the visits exchanged between the university different departments, a team from the Department of Mathematics paid a visit to the College of Engineering to learn from the experience of civil and electrical departments in applying for the program-based accreditation from the NCAAA.
The team included the head of the department, Dr. Zeyad Al-Hussein, the head of quality and academic accreditation, Dr. Ahmed Al-Mua’asri, Dr. Salah Khafaji, Dr. Mohammed Tengari and Dr. Ismael Tayel.
During the visit, the steps taken by the college of engineering to earn the accreditation were discussed such as the preparation of course files, annual reports, self-study report and measurement of performance indicators.
At the end of the meeting, the team had a meeting with the dean of engineering college, Dr. Saleh Al-Dahash who commended the efforts exerted by the team.
Dr. Al-Hussein expressed his thanks to the dean and all staff of engineering college for the reception and cooperation.
