Measuring Program Performance Indicator

The Quality Assurance Unit at the Department of Computer Science presented a lecture entitled “Measuring Program Performance Indicators” by Dr. Omaima Saied.

The lecture addressed performance indicators, the relationship between the performance indicator and the benchmark in addition to the way to measure performance indicators.

A second lecture- entitled Preparation of the Course File and presented by Ms. Hajar Ibrahim- addressed the following points:
• Course file
• Components of the course file (quality model)
• Importance of the course file and its preparation of its parts

Ms. Shafeeka Awni presented a third Lecture titled “Explanation of quality models”, which addressed the following points:
• Student satisfaction questionnaire on references and learning outcomes
• Indirect and direct Assessment models
