A Workshop on the Preparation of Multiple Choice Questions

In the course of preparing for final exams for the first academic semester, the Unit of Scientific Affairs held on collaboration with the Training Unit and Unit of Measurement and Evaluation a workshop on the professional steps to write multiple choice questions.
The course was presented by the Head of the Unit of Scientific Affairs Dr. Mohammed Omer Mahjoob, in the presence of a number of faculty members.
The session addressed the international trends of adopting multiple choice questions as an effective way to evaluate the students’ activities and achievement. Dr. Mahjoob also viewed the main advantages of this type of questions and some of their shortcomings and how to overcome them.
