20250804812The Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs and Development, represented by the Alumni Unit and in collaboration with the Department of Biology, organized a workshop titled “How to Ace Your Job Interview?” presented by Dr. Mashael Al-Damigh.
The workshop aimed to equip graduating students with essential skills that help them approach interviews with confidence and professionalism, understand the types of questions they may encounter, and prepare effectively for the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Al-Damigh introduced the job interview as a formal conversation between a candidate and a hiring manager—an opportunity for applicants to present their experience, behavior, and overall fit for the role. She also outlined the various types of interviews and the best strategies for preparing for each one.
The session emphasized that succeeding in an interview requires solid preparation, self-confidence, and familiarity with common interview formats and questions. These elements, the trainer noted, help candidates stand out and showcase their strengths as they pursue the right career opportunities.
At the end of the workshop, students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized guidance.
