The College of Science hosts a Training Course: “Blackboard System and Its Application in Science Majors”

The Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs and Development, represented by the Guidance, Counseling, and Student Rights Unit, in collaboration with the Department of Chemistry, organized a training course titled: “Blackboard System and Its Application in Science Majors”. 

The course was presented by Dr. Amani Ibrahim and guided students on how to access the system, navigate the main interface, upload and download lectures and assignments, take online tests, and engage in discussions through forums and virtual classrooms. Participants also received important instructions, such as tracking assignment due dates and reviewing grades after completing assessments.

Faculty members were introduced to how to prepare courses, upload content, design activities and electronic assessments, and manage virtual classrooms while monitoring student performance.

The course ended with a Q&A session, and Dr. Ibrahim shared her own page as a hands-on activity of the training.
