The College of Science organizes a Workshop titled: Developing Future Leaders and Empowering Talent and Innovation

The Vice-Dean's Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, represented by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit, in collaboration with the Mathematics Department, organized a workshop titled “Developing Future Leaders and Empowering Talent and Innovation.”

The workshop was delivered by Dr. Jawaher Al-Zahrani as part of the Unit’s ongoing efforts to promote a culture of innovation and build future leadership capabilities. It covered several key themes, including the concept of leadership and the qualities of effective leaders, as well as the concept of creativity and the characteristics of innovative leaders.

The workshop also highlighted the role of creative leadership in achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, with a strong focus on the connection between creativity and leadership, and methods for generating innovative ideas. This approach supports the development of out-of-the-box thinking and empowers participants to propose creative solutions to various leadership challenges.

This workshop forms part of a series of initiatives to support talent and innovation, and to prepare national competencies capable of contributing to sustainable development.
