The College of Science organizes a Course Titled: “Time Management and Exam Preparation”

The Vice-Dean's Office at the College of Science organized a training course titled “Time Management and Exam Preparation,” delivered by Dr. Sadiqa Othman.

The course aimed to equip students with the ability to set goals and priorities for effective time management, enabling them to accomplish important tasks in less time through proper planning and prioritization. It also focused on monitoring daily tasks and activities, identifying areas that require improvement, and learning how to plan assignments and daily responsibilities efficiently.

The course addressed strategies for avoiding excessive workload, overcoming procrastination, and maintaining a balance between academic and personal life. It also highlighted effective energy management and time optimization techniques to enhance overall performance and productivity.
