This unit is specialized in following up on the provision of educational equipment appropriate to the infrastructure, ensuring its use in teaching and learning processes, checking the development of educational facilities and modernizing the laboratories in the Deanship.

The Unit is under the Vice Dean's Office for Educational Affairs

General objective: Supervision and technical support for using laboratories and equipment in the Deanship.

Procedure details:

1. A Technical Needs Form is sent to the course coordinators at the beginning of each semester.

2. The needs report is sent to the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs.

3. The Deanship of Information Technology is contacted when necessary.

4. Follow up on technical problems in laboratories and classrooms in the Deanship.

1. The course instructor sends a technical problem form to the Dean's technician.

2. The technical problem is dealt with by the specialized technician in the Deanship.
