First: Terms of dropping courses:
The minimum hours of study should not be less than the academic load allowed for registration. The rector has the right to make exceptions.
If the course to be dropped is a prerequisite course with another course, the student has no right to drop unless both courses are dropped together.
Second: Terms for adding courses
There should be no class clash in the timetable.
The course must be within the study plan or approved elective or free courses.
There should be a vacancy in the group a student wishes to join.
Students should have completed all prerequisite courses.
Not adding a course that has been completed.
Not to exceed the total number of hours of the study plan; has the right to make an exception from that.
Not to exceed the maximum academic load allowed for registration according to the student's cumulative average
