2- Supervise academic advisors 

3- Distribute students to academic advisors 

4- Receive cases from academic advisors and solve them or otherwise refer them to the vice-rector for educational affairs.

5- Print academic timetables and academic records.

6- Educate students about academic issues.

7- Follow up on students’ registration in sections and courses.

8- Educate students about their rights and duties 

9- Answer students' inquiries.

10-Receive student complaints and settle them

11- Issuing student ID

12- Receive student violations and refer them to the competent authorities.
