Unit tasks
1. Providing technical support, consultations and training to the college’s units in applying quality systems as well as international and national academic accreditation.
2. Preparing follow-up reports on the progress of academic accreditation.
3. Preparing and implementing projects related to quality systems and academic accreditation.
4. Set up quality management system tools (questionnaires, indicators, benchmarking, etc.).
5. Managing the performance evaluation process at the college level and its units and following up on the preparation and implementation of operational and improvement plans.
6. Developing mechanisms to excel in applying quality practices and academic accreditation.
7. Contributing to spreading the culture of quality and academic accreditation in cooperation with the concerned authorities.
8. Undertaking the tasks assigned to it.
9. Preparing a periodic report for all achievements.
