-          To hold a meeting between the advisers and their students to introduce the nature of the academic advising work and to demonstrate the services the adviser can offer to his students

-          To receive complete lists of students’ groups and names from the student affairs committee and distribute them among the advisers in accordance to the groups they teach.

-          To fill in the student’s information forms and keep them in the files allocated to each group.
