The Department’s Administration:
The Administration at the Deanship of IT is responsible of all staff at the deanship and associated departments. It acts as a link between the deanship’s departments and units and those outside the deanship.
Responsibilities of the Director:
- Implement the rules and regulations of administrative and financial affairs.
- Supervise all operations related to staff affairs.
- Follow-up the work progress of the Deanship.
- Supervise and monitor arrival and departure of staff via the attendance system
- Supervise the process of replying to incoming letters related to staff affairs and finance
- Supervise the process of organizing and retaining staff files which may include credentials and decisions.
- Supervise and monitor the letters of reporting to work after appointment, promotion or leave and resignation
- Coordinate and follow-up with the Deanship of Human Resources
- Supervise the requests of leaves or sick leaves etc.
- Supervise the procedures of evaluating the job performance of staff at the deanship
- Supervise the procedure of the deanship’s loan
- Supervise the implementation of decisions issued by the university in coordination with other departments at the university
- Supervise the procedures of secondment for staff
- Supervise the process of securing the needs of the deanship’s warehouse and ensure the provision of the staff needs on regular basis.
