Help Desk Unit

Responsbilities
- This unit aims to ensure that the process of receiving and replying to all beneficiaries’ requests are done through e-forms. A customer should access the e-service portal through the university’s e-portal and write his email and password. After selecting ‘new request’, the customer should provide a brief description of his problem. Once the request is received by the help-desk staff; he will forward it to the concerned department for further actions.

Track the request status when it is not attended
Once a problem is solved, the beneficiary is contacted to ensure that his matter is settled once and for all
