A seminar held by Department of Computer and Information Sciences entitled: Hand Gestures Prediction Technology

The Scientific Research Committee in the Department of Computer Sciences and Information held a seminar entitled: “Hand gesture interfaces to control existing GUI”.

The seminar was presented by the students, Noura Al-Tariqi and Jana Al-Qasami, and they discussed the hand gesture prediction technique.

This technology is dedicated software that primarily performs hand tracking and prediction of hand gestures to provide alternate controls and interactions. They also talked about the way of taking advantage of one of the most natural ways of interacting and communicating and suggesting new inputs to show great potential in the field of human-computer interaction.
