The Graduate Affairs Unit Conducts a Training Course Titled:
"Future Development Skills for Science College Graduates"

The Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs and Development, represented by the Alumni Affairs Unit, organized, in collaboration with the Department of Physics, a training course for potential graduates titled: "Future Development Skills for Science College Graduates." The course was presented by Dr. Mohammad Shakir Khan.

During the course, several key points were discussed, with a primary focus on the importance of skills in employment. It was emphasized that individuals must acquire both technical and soft skills to ensure professional success. The course highlighted the necessity of continuous learning and training in technical fields such as programming, as well as essential soft skills like communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Dr. Khan stressed the critical role of soft skills in today’s job market, as they enable individuals to adapt to work environments and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals. The program also addressed fundamental skills, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, communication, critical thinking, and project management.

The course concluded with an emphasis on the importance of continuous training and participation in activities to enhance both social and technical skills. It was noted that developing personal and interpersonal skills, such as teamwork and effective communication, can significantly contribute to career growth and success across various disciplines.
