Regulations of Graduation Projects

I have read and understood all the terms of the graduation project, which were presented to me at the beginning of the course. In particular, the following conditions:

1. I am responsible for the application of the Code of Engineering Ethics.
2. I am responsible for keeping up with the announcements I receive from the project coordinator, academic advisor and project manager.
3. I am responsible for delivering tasks on or before the delivery date. Otherwise, I cannot get grades for this task in addition to having to deliver them anyway.
4. I am responsible for preparing the term paper of the graduation project in a professional manner as required.
5. I am responsible for preparing minutes of meetings in a professional manner as required
6. I will evaluate the work of my team and other teams honestly and fairly.
7. If my behavior in ME 498 and ME 499 is considered largely unprofessional (for example, the use of clearly inappropriate language), I will be denied access to the final exam.
8. If my participation in ME 498 and ME 499 is largely inadequate (for example, not doing the professional tasks assigned to me as required), I will be banned by the staff.
9. If I am caught cheating, I acknowledge that:
a) I will be subject to the regulations of the College of Engineering specific to cheating.
b) Penalties for cheating may be expulsion or failure, and the penalty will be recorded in my transcript.
c) Fraud activities include, but are not limited to:
1) Use of the confidential information of any client without his/her permission;
2) Handing over work of others as mine or handing over work of another team as my own team’s;
2) Accepting unauthorized assistance from other students or providing unauthorized help to other students (for example, giving another team a copy of my team's work);
3) Using unauthorized material;
4) Accepting a reward of any kind for work that I have not done or contributed to.
