The Deanship of Admission and Registration serves as a primary supporter of every university student. It acts as the first gateway into university life. It is responsible for supervising all academic and educational matters for students from day one until graduation. The Deanship also strives to provide essential information to students about the university's academic colleges and specializations. It also aims to raise students' awareness of the university regulations and policies necessary for their academic journey. The Vice-Dean's Office is committed to achieving these goals in alignment with the Deanship's vision and mission.

The Vice-Dean's Office of Admission and Registration carries out several core responsibilities, including:

  • Exercising the powers delegated by the Dean.

  • Organizing daily operations within the Vice-Dean's Office.

  • Supervising academic advising at the institutional level.

  • Overseeing admission and graduation procedures.

  • Monitoring all academic moves of students, managing student services, and overseeing study plans, while ensuring that all actions are taken in accordance with the relevant regulations and policies.

  • Writing periodic reports on the Vice-Dean's Office’s activities and accomplishments, along with proposals for performance improvement.

  • Identifying the human resources, equipment, and tools required by the Vice-Dean's Office and providing them

  • Contributing to the preparation of the Vice-Dean's Office’s annual report.
