Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs

The Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs (DAFA) at the Dean’s Office of Admission and Registration supervises and coordinates the work between the different departments at the Dean’s Office. It provides all departments at the Dean’s Office with the necessary help to offer the best student services to beneficiaries and help them to overcome their obstacles during their educational journey. Moreover, it helps in creating a workplace environment conducive for staff as well as following-up all their administrative and financial transactions with other departments at the university. The major works supervised by the DAFA are : Implementing administrative and financial regulations and instructions Following up attendance and leaves of staff Evaluating staff Coordinating and supervising works between the departments Supervising the Dean’s Office’s facilities including maintenance Providing electronic devices and stationary Following-up incoming and outgoing transactions until they are done
