Based on the directive of the Dean, Dr. Abdullah Al-Abdelkareem and under the Supervision of the Vice-Dean for Quality and Development, Dr. Abdullah Al-Muheisen, a workshop was conducted on Tuesday by the Vice-Dean’s Office for Quality and Development in the presence of the Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs, Dr. Saleh Al-Dahash and all faculty members to present its work plan for the academic year 1441 AH. Dr. Al-Muheisen launched the workshop by welcoming everyone and stated the necessity of working within the framework set by the College for quality and development in preparation for the academic accreditation by the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA). He also presented the plan, programs and workshops of the Training Committee for the current year. Dr. Abdelrahman Al-Qwasmi, Coordinator or Academic Accreditation Committee, talked about the preparations of the college to obtain the accreditation from the NCAAA. The Coordinator of the Evaluation and Assessment Committee, Dr. Sameh Ahmed, delivered a presentation about the plan of development and steps of improving the quality of courses and study programs in departments. Dr. Jad Al-Mawla, Coordinator of Quality Assurance, explained the steps of auditing and revision that will be undertaken annually and semi-annually by the committee this year to ensure that the required quality standards have been met and that departments, committees and faculty members have carried out all required tasks according to the plan. Dr. Al-Muheisen wrapped the workshop by providing a brief about the e-portal of the college which will serve the educational process both for faculty and students
