As it believes in the vital role of e-services in facilitating the transactions during this pandemic, the College of Science and Humanities in Remah launched a WhatsApp Customer Service during working hours via this number (0164045009).
The primary purpose of this service is to apply social distance instructions and to allow beneficiaries to track their transactions without having to attend physically to the college.
The dean, Dr. Bander al-Yahya, extended his thanks to MU Rector, Dr. Khalid al-Muqren, for supporting such technology-based initiatives which ease the life of staff and beneficiaries.
Dr. al-Yahya also appreciated the cooperation shown by the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Dr. al-Rumaih, and the dean of IT, Dr. al-Wanein, in activating this service.
