the General Directorate of Planning and Administrative Development held a two-day training session entitled “A Newly Appointed Employee”, which aimed to develop the trainees' work skills, and provoke their creative energies. The trainer defined the meaning of work, ethics, and the way to direct employees towards career and self-development. At the end of the session, Mr. Mubarak bin Saud Al Dosari received an honorary shield by the session trainer, Mr. Anwar Sharef, and in the presence of the Vice Dean of the College for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdulrahman Al Darqi. Finally, the trainees expressed their happiness with the session and its benefits, and their desire to have more developmental training sessions.
