Science and Humanities College in Rumaah Holds Preparatory Meeting of Developmental Twinning Program

The College of Science and Humanities in Rumaah started a preparatory meeting for the Developmental Twinning Program between Rumaah College and Hawtat Sudair College. The Dean of Rumaah College, his deputies and Heads of departments attended the meeting. The Developmental Twinning Program is based on academic cooperation, sharing expertise and working to achieve the highest level of academic quality. Throughout this program, the two colleges can achieve comparable levels of performance and academic output. The program aims to: - enhance and integrate the academic work in both Colleges. - utilize the scientific and educational experiences and programs. - identify the strengths and weaknesses to improve the academic performance of both colleges to reach similar level of quality. As for the aspects of the Developmental Twinning Program, the program sheds the light on utilizing the programs on both colleges in: Supporting students, improving plans, programs, evaluations, assessments and alumni affairs, planning and implementing plans. The program is supervised by the Deans through leading the staff to implementation and innovation. The Vice-Deans for Academic Affairs take the responsibility of forming work teams headed by supervisors in relative units.
